Our Story

The Landing Restaurant has undergone amazing transformations over the years.  Its weathered wood docks have faithfully served Lake Charlevoix boaters for over 50 years and have been home to many different owners and businesses.  Located in the calm and secluded Ironton Cove, and situated next to the Historical Ironton Ferry, The Landing has forever been a favorite stop for tourists and locals alike, casting out Jimmy Buffet tunes over the serene blue water.

In 2013, when the owners were ready to move on and possibly turn the restaurant into something different altogether, lake locals Preston Parish and Bob Berg swooped in to save the landmark restaurant and keep the vibe alive and humming.

Preston brought in Renee and Adam Guerriero to manage the restaurant, and the rest, as they say… is history.  Together, they created a restaurant that people and families from all walks of life would want to visit every day of the week, with an inviting, energetic, and fun atmosphere.  A place where food is delicious and approachable, and where service comes with a big smile and great conversation.

The menu is inspired by coastal cuisine from all around the country, and features the highest quality wild caught seafood, meat, and organic produce. You can find walleye and lake perch from the Great Lakes, fresh lobster from Maine, blue crab from Maryland, sockeye salmon from Alaska, bigeye tuna from Hawaii, and shrimp from the Gulf, alongside classics like griddled burgers, nachos, and Caesar salad.
